· Pre-Application Area Meeting on July 30 at 7:30pm for old Giant Site:
An Area Meeting will be held by JBG Companies and Ballard Spahr on Monday, July 30th at 7:30pm at VISARTS (155 Gibbs Street, Rockville), regarding the development plans being submitted to the City for the site of the vacant Giant supermarket (275 North Washington Street). Attendance is open to everyone.

· Water Main Repairs affecting West Montgomery Avenue August 6th to 9th:
A City contractor will be replacing a portion of water main along West Montgomery Avenue at North/South Adams Street, between August 6th and 9th (weather permitting), between the hours of 8:00 pm and 5:00 am. As a result, traffic in the area will be affected and there will be normal construction machinery noise.
For those residences where water will be shut off during the night, the City will be sending you separate notice.
