Neighbors!
We hope that 2015 is off to a
great start for you, and that you will be able to join us for the January WECA Meeting, scheduled for this
Thursday, January 15th at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at
the Rockville Presbyterian Church,
located at 215 West Montgomery Avenue. Parking is available in the lot off
of Harrison Street. The agenda for the meeting is provided below.
Also, we know that many of
you are interested in developments related to Rockville’s Adequate Public
Facilities Standards (APFS) and Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO). A public
hearing on the topic was held earlier this month (you can view the archived video
on the Rockville Channel 11 Videos on Demand area of the City website www.rockvillemd.gov
), and a second hearing is scheduled for Monday,
January 26th at 7pm during the Mayor & Council meeting. This
will allow you a chance to testify and make your views known, if you choose,
either by speaking during Community Forum (time limit is 3 minutes, and you may
sign up in advance by contacting the City Clerk’s office) or during the public
hearing agenda item.

still would like to express your views, you may also send an e-mail to the
